We regret to inform you that the Ripit music store has closed down on July 27 2009. Thank you for your support over the years.
Customers who have purchased a Ripit voucher but who have not activated that voucher / Customers who have no unused credit left
If you have a voucher that you have not activated, or if you do not have any unused credit (ie, you have not received an email from us informing you that you have such credit),
we do have some good news for you. Our friends at Bandit.fm will honour that voucher. Go and set up an account at Bandit.fm, if you don't already have one,
and enter your unused Ripit voucher code at http://www.bandit.fm/dashboard/ripit.
If you do this, Bandit.fm will provide you with an additional free A$10 voucher (redeemable against downloads at Bandit.fm) to your new Bandit.fm account.
This offer is open until 30 April 2010.
Customers who had an existing account with Ripit with unused and unexpired credits
If you have unused credit, our friends at Bandit.fm will take over your account if you wish and if you agree, not only will they roll your unused credit at Ripit over
to a new account at Bandit.fm they will also offering you a free A$10 voucher!
This offer will run until October 30th 2009.
To transfer, please check your email (the same email you used for your Ripit Account) for our offer email to you and reply to that email with your agreement to the transfer.
After you do so, Bandit will then get in touch with you to provide you with confirmation of the transfer and with the offered A$10 voucher code which you can add to
your transferred Ripit account on Bandit.
Please note that if you agree to the transfer, you are agreeing to the disclosure to Bandit.fm and use by Bandit.fm of the following personal data currently held by Ripit:
(i) Login Name, (ii) Password, (iii) E-mail address and (iv) Unused credit which is unexpired in your account, if any, in accordance with Bandit.fm's privacy policy,
which can be found here.

Please note that, in accepting this offer, your awaiting download and purchase
history data on Ripit will not be transferred to Bandit.fm.
